* 2 twin over full bunk beds in the bedroom
* 1 Queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress (sleeps 2 people ) ask for additional sleeping arrangements
* Features upgraded 50 inch Smart TV Flatscreen with Cable in living room, and 32 inch Smart TV in bedroom with Cable..
* AC/Heat in the Main room. AC in the bedroom. Upgraded kitchen, with beautiful countertop and kitchen cabinets.
* Upgraded Bathroom/Bath
* Full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes/flatware, cooking utensils, iron/ironing board, and hair dryer.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Condo should be left in broom swept conditions All trash/recycle must be emptied before checking out. All foods should be removed form fridge.
You must bring your own linens and towels. No noise after 10PM Off street parking only for one car spot #17
Not towels should be hung on the railings. Children 16 and under need to be with an adult in or near the pool area.

Originally from Brooklyn, have been coming down to WWC since the mid 90s. Then in 2009 we purchased our place, and have been making memories and friends ever since. Hoping for new and returning renters to enjoy the place and make their own memories.

Very quiet, so you can enjoy the serene summer nights. The complex itself has friendly environment with owners and renters congregating in the common area (BBQ and pool) for discussions, a good laugh and making memories and friends!!

What makes this property unique

Our condo is a quaint place.. with the comforts a your home away from home !!! Beautifully situated on an end block, away from major traffic, only a few feet away from the beach!
