This is a cozy cottage on a 9 hole golf course, This is on a dead end street (great for kids) safe..............This house has 2 beaches less than 1.5 miles away and downtown is 2 miles away (bike path starts from our corner to beach and downtown................ Plenty of shopping............and festivals in neighboring towns every weekend LOT'S OF PICTURES ON FACEBOOK........................................LOOK UP "DOOR COUNTY SUMMER RENTAL' (The 5th hole )

My name is Kevin I love to travel and would like other people to enjoy my place when I'm not there. I live in Chicago and due to work etc.. I can not go up there as much as I use to and decided to rent it out when available.

Why they chose this property

My house is nested in the woods on a 9 hole golf course , you could just chill or drive to beach 1.5 miles away. There is lot's of things to do 2 miles away in town from bars & supper clubs, live music at the park. If you have a dog you could walk to public access points to the shores of Green Bay for a quick swim for your dog or for the kids endless rocks to throw into the water. We also have Egg Harbor Yacht club you could leave your boat or watch the sunset .....
