We stayed 5 nights and the cottage was very clean and it was everything we expected. We were there for the NC Coastal Ride and the Cottage location was perfect. Beth Frazer was super to deal with.

Lovely Cottage

The Church Street Cottage was just as advertised. It's a cozy, sunny, well furnished rental. Very convenient to the waterfront area in Oriental. We would definitely like to rent again.

Nice place but musty

The place was cute and the neighborhood was nice but the place was musty. My son had an allergic reaction and got asthma every time he came into the place. We worked around it by setting the air conditioner low so it constantly brought in fresh air. The unit also had cockroaches (pictures to prove it). And the oven was very hard to turn off. I had to set the timer to make it go off. Not sure if the off button is broken.

I appreciate your feedback and very sorry about your son's reaction. Your husband informed us about the oven during check out. The off button was broken as you suspected and it was repaired before the next guest arrived. Thank you and sorry for your inconvenience during your stay. We truly work hard to accommodate our guests.
