We found the property as advertised. The location worked well for visiting friends and family in the area.The only disappointment was that the gym at the complex was closed the entire week of our stay.

OVC had closed the gym for 3 days durIng your stay to upgrade and preform maintance on the gym. The gym received a facelift during this upgrade. In fact, it will be receiving all new equipment prior to the end of the year. Thank you for your understanding during this upgrade maintance. I am so happy you Loved all that our condo had to offer.

Property was bright and clean. Close to the pool. A little bit of a walk to the beach, but the hosts supplied all the beach gear you could ever need. Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from and close to the grocery. It was a great stay!

We enjoyed staying at the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for a safe and comfortable stay. We had our own room and our boys were able to have their own room with separate beds. We most enjoyed the privacy and the short walk to the beach (also with private access). The beach is beautiful and also super clean. We also took advantage of the heated pool right behind our building. Communication with the host was nothing less than excellent. We hope to cone back and stay here again at some point. St. Augustine is beautiful and what we loved a lot about it is that, although it may seems like a ‚touristy’ place, it was not crowded, no matter where we went which made our stay in town very relaxing. So much to see in a d around St. Augustine.

This unit was everything you could ask for and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need for meal prep. There were plenty of beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, wagon and beach towels. The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is also very close to the heated pool. I will definitely be booking again.

The condo was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels available. The location was fantastic being just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The heated pool was nice too have. There’s chairs and umbrella for use on the beach. Also liked the restaurants located just across the street to walk to. The host Jean was excellent in communicating and available for any questions the whole time.

Great Place to Stay

This was a great place to stay. It is on the third floor so lots of stairs, no big deal if you are healthy. The location is great, the pool was clean, and overall the community was great. I will come stay again for sure!

Lovely stay in a great location!
