Enjoy relaxing in the Jacuzzi or playing a round of golf!

This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that sits nestled up to the 5th green at the Prescott Country Club Golf Course. They always say that the grass is greener on the other side of the fence and this rings true with this house. Sit in the hot tub and watch the golfers during the day or soak at night in privacy under the stars. Very light and roomy with a French style kitchen. Home is complete with internet & cable for your convenience! Bring your dog to enjoy the fenced in back yard. Lots to do in the area if you don't golf. Wine testing in nearby Dewey. Take a day trip to Jerome or go shopping downtown Prescott. We also have great hiking and biking trails as well as 3 wonderful lakes to enjoy. Sharlot Hall & Phippin Museum are great to visit too!
