Great stay! Perfect for our family of 5. We loved the location. Even though it's a condo, it was still in a wooded, peaceful area. The walk to town was very easy. The unit was very clean and well equipped with towels, dishes, soaps, just about everything one would need. High on our list, would definitely stay again!

Great Family Time for young and old. The unit was well appointed with comfortable furniture, great kitchen utensils and cooking supplies, fun neighborhood pool, perfect location walking distance to all the Saugatuck village happenings.

The property is situated in a great location with easy walking access to all of Saugatuck’s downtown and waterfront. The condo was comfortable with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. There were plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. TVs were easy to use. Brandon was responsive to a couple issues we had. Coffee maker was a Keurig, which we didn’t expect, so had to make some changes for our morning brew. Overall, it’s a good choice for a couple or family and we hope to stay again!

Loved the pool access, the nicely appointed kitchen, the more than adequate cleaning supplies, the ample supply of paper products, and special touches like nice bathroom spray and extra blankets and towels. And the location couldn’t be beat! Would love to stay again.

Bayview is the best location in Saugatuck

I’ve been coming to Saugatuck for 25 years and stayed in different places and Bayview is the best location plus it’s pool is great on off beach days

The unit was clean and well maintained. The appliances were new and worked great. There is a lovely little back porch to sit on to enjoy your morning coffee. It is within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck, tons of shopping, lots of dining options, and the water. The pool is small and we never ended up using it but someone was there cleaning it every morning and it was well kept. When I had a question about the property, it was responded to within a few hours. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and seems to include a lot of year-round residents. Oval Beach is just a short drive away and beautiful. There are some moderate hiking paths at the Saugatuck State Park. There are public pickleball courts a short drive away at Schultz Park in Douglas. Our family of four had lots of space and were very comfortable. We had a very relaxing a lovely vacation. Thank you!

Very nice condo, great location

The place itself is very nice - the best part for us was the easy walk to everything in downtown Saugatuck. The hosts really made it nice for us with everything clean and plenty of supplies when we arrived.

Saugatuck Getaway

We love spending our family vacation here in Saugatuck! Property is great and really close walk to downtown. We made sure to got our fill of ice cream every night as we walked around town. We will definitely be coming back!!

Fantastic Location and Pool

We enjoyed the convenient location within walking distance to Saugatuck and Douglas. The pool was a great feature. Comfortable furniture and well-stocked kitchen. Would stay here again and recommend.

The location was great and the property spaces were as described. When we arrived at our check in time, the condo had not been cleaned. The hosts responded quickly and sent someone over. We were also given the wrong pool key, but a neighbor lent us a key while the hosts had a new one made. There were some minor issues with the kitchen (e.g. the toaster was broken and the pots and pans were old and scratched up). The air conditioning did not work well in the primary bedroom. Some of the deck furniture was broken. Helpful hosts, but I probably would not stay here again.

Thank you for the response. The only situations that were brought to our attention was the cleaning service and the pool key - in which the association did not provide us with the updated key. Both were handled immediately, once learning about them. Even with these two situations being out of our control, we still opted to provide the renter with a $200 credit. We have had 8 weeks of renters prior to this stay, and not one renter has mentioned any of the other comments, but as always, we appreciate the information. The air conditioner is new and do find some renters close the vents which would cause less air flow. Thank you again for staying with us!

Great summer getaway

We had a great week at Brandon‘s home. Clean, spacious, quiet, with comfy beds, and a great pool. Enjoyed a terrific musical at the theater that’s less than a block away and walked to town for dinner or ice cream many nights. A wonderful vacation, can’t wait to go back.

Great Family Vacation

My family and I loved the condo! It was a great location to downtown, that walked around every night. Spent a couple of great pool days relaxing and having fun. The place was clean, owner communicated right away with all of our questions, and we look forward to booking here again!!

Great Location
