The house was in the perfect location. Close to downtown Murfreesboro and Crater of Diamonds State Park. The house was larger than we expected and perfect for our family of 5. Tim (owner) was at the property when we arrived and he gave a lot of information of the area.

It was a great place to stay and reasonably priced. It worked well with our dog. The only thing I would say is that it was a little older of a property and you could tell, but otherwise it kitchen was fully stocked with cooking items and it was good.

Convenient to locations in Murfreesboro. Plenty of room for everyone. We did not use anything but the bedrooms and bathroom. They were having issues with a/c but had fixed that by the time we arrived. I think that because of the a/c issues the house had a strong musty/moldy smell.

The space was huge! Big kitchen and dining area and amazing living space with comfy couches and TV setup. Perfect for relaxing in between our adventures. Bedrooms, great setup. One room with the king bed and the other with 2 singles and one twin. Plenty of space in that room too for all the luggage. TVs in both bedroom with some DVDs too! Kitchen and as fully stocked with all the stuff you need. Pots, pans, plates, utensils etc. fridge and freezer. Mud room too! Great size to dump all of our gear, and washer/dryer. Great back yard area to play around with the kids.Great space, thanks Tim!!

Stayed at the property for the weekend to go diamond digging. Simple property that met all our needs. Close to both the little town and the park, and even had tools for diamond digging itself. Host accommodated an earlier check in, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the stay was great.

Great Stay near the diamond mines

This place was great. We slept well, enjoyed use of a big kitchen, saved on renting mining equipment, and were a close and convenient distance to the diamond mines.

Check in process was easy, walking through the house for the first time I walked through spider webs, there were dead bugs on the floor and the house smelled mildewy. Towels smelled like urine if I’m being honest they were clean so a little confused. Floors were dirty and had dog hair on them and dead bugs. Dishes and stuff like that were questionable because of cleanliness of rest of house. Definitely had to clean a few things to feel more comfortable. Not a whole lot in town, two places to eat at there are more things in Texarkana or Nashville. Owner was there everyday to check in on property.
