Great condo!

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. So close to the beach with easy access! The beach is soft and beautiful. Condo had amenities that we needed. Pool is a little small and we could hear the neighbors upstairs a lot but they may have just been loud. Loveseat is sagging and the chairs in the living room and bedroom could be replaced. The view is perfect and the location is close to so many restaurants! The beach service (Anthony’s service) was excellent, attentive and reasonable. Parking was easy and available and I like that this place was on a quieter back street.

Very clean well appointed

The unit was very clean upon arrival. A couple of mentionable items; the couches were not comfortable at all, not a deal breaker. The master bed slept well (very firm). Gulf Gate sits on a less traveled “ back road” which we liked. One major aggravation was a 10 digit entry code, this was frustrating with full hands or having to look at phone until the end of the week to remember the code. Could 4 digit code not sufficed? I personally have the exact lock on my work office door. Plenty of tv viewing options, Prime, Netflix Roku etc. Gulf Gate is a quit condo complex with clean dated amenities. Would I book the unit again? Yes I would, hopefully with a four digit code…
