Bonita Point is a small development one block off the beach. This townhome has 1500 square feet with 960 square feet upstairs, complete with 1 bedroom with a king size bed, full bath with a garden tub and a separate shower, as well as living space with sleeper sofa and a fully stocked kitchen. The upstairs sleeps 4. The 550 square foot downstairs has a queen size Murphy bed and 2 twin xl bunks in the bedroom and a day bed with trundle in the efficiency area and sleeps 6. The downstairs has a full bath with a large tiled walk-in shower, kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Full size private garage space is perfect for your automobile, motorcycles, beach toys, boat, etc. There are 2 more parking spaces in front of the townhome and several spaces around the complex. It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach or you can drive over to the beach access. We have beach chairs, coolers, and beach wagon to use as well. Come and enjoy this great hidden gem!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed during the middle of our move from Texas to Panama City Beach, and it ended up being a wonderful place to call home while we were getting settled in the area.The townhouse was very clean, well kept, pet friendly, and decorated so cute. The layout is great. The downstairs area has bunk beds, a day bed, kitchenette, and shower, while upstairs has a large, comfortable king-size bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a cozy living room. Having the one-car garage was also a huge plus, and it was stocked with assorted beach items for guests to use.The location was one of our favorite things. The beach is within walking distance, and we loved waking up every morning and taking a long walk by the beach to start our day. It is also conveniently located near Walmart, restaurants, and plenty of other things you may need during your stay.We were there for a move rather than a traditional beach vacation, but it still felt like a little getaway during a very busy time for us. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully set up. We would absolutely recommend this rental and would happily stay here again. Five stars!

Wonderful Trip

This was a great place for our family to stay in PCB. We had a large group and it was nice to find a place that could accommodate all of us for a reasonable price. Owner was friendly and answered questions very quickly. Short walk to the beach and the house had everything we needed.
