Beautiful 1 bedroom condo that sleeps 6. 2 full beds and 1 pull out sofa. This building is located just steps away from the beach and boardwalk. Condo is located on the 1st floor, so no need to struggle with luggage up the stairs. Just park and walk right to the door. Great location for older or handicap people who have trouble with stairs. Perfect for the family with the pool entrance right outside the door. Off street parking and steps from the beach and boardwalk. What more could you ask for? It is also close to Seaport Pier! The laundry room and outside shower to spray down your beach gear are located close to the room also. This condo has everything you need to have a great vacation!!!

Weekly rentals only during the summer season which is Memorial day to Labor Day.

Weekend rentals and cheaper weekly rates during the off peak summer season.

Had an overall great stay! John was a great host, easy to get ahold of and would reach out with any heads up. Very clean place, located right across from the pool, outside shower and laundry.

Great vacation spot

Beautiful clean condo with a convenient location. Even though we were so close to the boardwalk it was a nice quiet spot. We have stayed in wildwood crest on other vacations but family now wants north wildwood for future vacations.

Wildwood Vacation 2024

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! Our condo was in the most ideal location, beautifully renovated and well kept! The heated pool (also very well maintained) saved our vacation since the weather was less than ideal! Everyone was very friendly, including the staff. We would love to stay again!

Perfect girls weekend

Perfect location! It’s only steps alway from the boardwalk, mini golf, ice cream shop or fudge shop. The pool was warm and clean despite it being preseason. The first floor condo was perfect for older adults that have difficulty with stairs. I would definitely return.

Great vacation in North Wildwood, NJ

Just had a great 1 week vacation in, North Wildwood, thanks to John for renting us his very nice North Wildwood 1 bedroom apartment. Newly renovated apartment, great pool, 2 min walk to the beach, and boardwalk, rides etc without being in the busiest part of Wildwood. Nice and quiet apartment complex, on the Northern part of the boardwalk. John was also very nice and responsive, thank you!

Nice Room

The condo was nice. The AC unit was a bit loud, but it's a through the wall window shaker so that's kinda to be expected I suppose. This condo is directly across from the pool so that was a bit noisier (more from the adults in the pool than the kids) than I really wanted to deal with. Super close access to the beach and to the boardwalk.
