Spacious 2 Story Condo With Full Amenities in Great Location

Condo is fully furnished with great amenities. Perfect for families with kids.

Amenities include full kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room, 2 full baths on the 2nd level and a half bath on the lower level, Wifi, Smart TV, Air Condition in all bedrooms and through out the main living area and is very spacious at 2060 sq ft!

The master bed room is very spacious and has it's own balcony, walk in closet and full bath. The other 2 rooms have two beds each and are fully furnished.

You will have access to a shared pool and the condo is in a gated area with 24 hour security. There is also a plaza at the front of the community with stores and a restaurant. Location is great with a 10 minute drive to Pigeon Point, Store Bay, and lots of restaurants, shops and nightlife in Bon Accord. It is also close off the highway with easy access to Scarborough.
