Recently renovated city loft, fully equipped for fun or business. Restaurants and nightlife just blocks away. All of the amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Beautifully furnished with large screen televisions on both floors. Sitting room on one floor with a pull out sofa, comfy queen sized bed with a double sized roll-away on the upper floor. Spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen comes fully furnished with everything you need for your stay, long or short. Cable TV, Wifi, free parking. Perfect location to enjoy collegiate events including Seminole and Rattler sports, graduations, Parents' weekend, homecoming or forida Legislature, government business, many state based Associations and cooperatives.
