Huge deck overlooking the river with outdoor furniture including a propane fire pit/table, propane BBQ, this a beautifully landscaped property.

We bought this property because it has scenic beauty, rural privacy, paved access, raft home convenience and yet you are only 7 miles from the University of Montana Campus and the city of Missoula's restaurants, malls, etc... and 20 minutes to the airport.
