We come down to Clayton often to wheel. We always love staying here. House is spacious, has everything we need. It’s great renting because it has 2 1/2 baths so when others room with us, everyone has their own bathroom. Owners are super flexible with check in and check out. Great place!

We had a great stay in Clayton! The house was very spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We were there during a pretty hot weekend, but the house stayed nice and cool the entire time, which was a huge plus after being outdoors during the day.The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of amenities and everything we needed to cook both breakfast and dinner without any issues. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and every bedroom having its own smart TV was a really nice touch.Overall, the house was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and perfect for our weekend stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Clayton!

Was quiet and spacious, perfect retreat for 3 adults wanting personal space yet places for group times also. Had everything needed to be comfortable and meet everyone’s desires whether nature time outdoors or private tvs and movies. Hope to stay there again in the future!

Nice stay

We were visiting family in Clayton, OK, and needed some extra space. This place was perfect! Plenty of space and beds, and so clean! Enjoyed being in the country with privacy with all of the conveniences and comforts of home.

The Mom House

This location was exactly what we needed! Our church was attending camp in the area, but we needed a place for the moms with kids to have some space and be able to get away from the camp craziness. The house was spacious with lots of windows and natural lighting. The area was beautifully green, quiet, and peaceful. It was a great stay!

We've stayed here multiple times and had no complaints but the price keeps getting higher everytime to the point its too much. Laminate floors need replaced due to spacing and water damage in some areas. Could be cleaner. Found dirty baby w/ dried milk in living room. Other than that, pretty good

Near Talimena Scenic Byway

We stayed at the property while enjoying the Talimena Scenic Byway. It was approximately 35 miles from Talihina OK but was easy to get to where we wanted to be for the drive. The property was clean and comfortable and the property owners checked in with us twice by text to make sure that we had everything that we needed. I would recommend this property!

Off-roader Friendly-Very Spacious

Plenty of parking for large trailers/rigs. We were able to use field next to carport. 3 carports with power available (bring 75’+) extension cord. Excellent outdoor grilling area in gazebo with great large gas grill. Relaxing evenings around well furnished frie pit. The largest rental in town with ample sleeping space. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. Friends stayed at COI and stopped by and could not believe how big our place was. The owner is the sweetest and easily reachable for any questions and very accommodating. We will be staying there any time we come back to Green Acres.

Comfortable, Clean, and Quiet

Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of towels, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper which are things we tend to go through a lot of with 7 vacationers at once so it was very nice to not have to worry about running to the store to get more. The things we missed were measuring cups/spoons and casserole dishes. The kitchen had the bare basic plates, bowls, utensils, a couple pots, a couple skillets, and a couple baking sheets. We expected a few more basic kitchen items to be available. Part of what we loved was the quiet country location, however when arriving after dark the property is difficult to see. A reflective numbering on the mail box, or even some solar garden lights somewhere would go a long way aid in illuminating the driveway/house entrance.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, large enough for several couples to sit and visit. Very quiet and plenty of parking for trailers. This is the best place I've rented in Clayton by far.

Quiet and peaceful

The property was beautiful. The inside was redone and matched the photos. While it was warm, and we didn’t use the fire pit, the outdoor space was large enough for extended family who came over one evening. Close to the Choctaw Nation.

Great stay

Wonderful property! It was clean and very pleasant stay. We just stayed at the house the whole time due to how hot it is right now, but it was perfect. The kids had a blast. We want to come back during the fall or just when it is cooler to enjoy sitting outside more and explore more of the area.

Cozy home perfect for atv trip

This house was perfect for our family to spread out and relax after riding on the atv trails in Talimena state park. There was lots of room to park our trailers. We definitely will be back.

Great location and plenty of space for our group

This home in Clayton was perfectly situated with more than enough space for our group. We enjoyed the gazebo with BBQ, as well as the front porch in the morning for having tea and watching the sunrise. It was peaceful and quiet in the area too. Had a difficult time getting any of the windows to open, though, which would have been nice to let in some fresh air. Additionally, most windows had lots of cobwebs , which I understand form very quickly. We hope to return to this house when we have other family members with us.
