Location is such a huge draw for this home off of Landmark, with close proximity to both beach access and Mission Plaza. Enjoy some fine dining with the family from the many restaurants within Mission Plaza. Then take in a movie at Marco Movies also within the Plaza!

Heated pool and hot tub one can enjoy with the family in the large screened-in lanai area. Take in all the sunshine this tropical paradise has to offer.

Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure. Guests are responsible for all electric charges exceeding $75 per week, $125 per 2 weeks, $175 per 3 weeks and $200 per month & thereafter.
