Property as described. We had a wonderful stay and the house was full of space and charm. Morning coffee on the porch, watching the sun rise, was heavenly. Great communication, great stay.
It's a beautiful property, decorated with whimsy and love. It's a well built, spacious home. We found everything we needed to cook, grill and enjoy our weekend. Our firepit experience was rained out, but the rain was nice too. We sat in the rockers & swing on the back porch and enjoyed the rain. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.
Loved staying at this beautiful cabin. Sometimes when you stay at places the kitchen lacks good quality pots and pans. This cabin had a wonderful kitchen stocked with excellent pots and pans. The entire place was beautiful and you can’t beat the views. So comfortable and cozy.
The house was beautiful and the views amazing. We were only there for one night so didn’t use the kitchen much but it was clean and we had what we needed to make our morning brew. Host was super friendly and we would stay again.
If you are looking for a place to get away from it all this is it but be prepared as the 2.7 miles up the mountain to the cabin, by car, is quite a trek. However, once you get there it is well worth it. The cabin is exceptional and very roomy. The furniture is comfortable and in keeping with the cabin theme. The kitchen had everything we needed but could use an update including countertops, cabinets, dishes and especially silverware. The porches were great and waking up and watching the sun come up over the hills was well worth it. We attempted a hike to the waterfall but quickly realized it was not for someone out of shape and would definitely recommend a walking stick. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs as they thoroughly enjoyed it. The host Kai was great to work with and answered any questions that we had immediately. We would not hesitate to book this place again.
Our stay was great. So was our host. The cabin is clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, which is not always the case in other rentals. The two best parts were the quiet and the view. Especially beautiful was the view of Stone Mountain, a place we have stayed many times. We would absolutely stay here again.
If you're looking for peaceful mountain views, amazing sunrises, and a very clean and comfortable house, THIS IS IT! We enjoyed an extended stay, hiding from the Florida heat and Kai was a great host - very responsive when we had any question. I've stayed in many vacation rentals and I don't recall a better stocked kitchen and linen supply. The house has a great layout for bedroom privacy for the ground floor bedrooms. Comfortable beds and good water pressure. It was nice to have strong Internet to entertain ourselves on the rainy days. We spent a lot of time at nearby Stone Mountain Park and countless hours on that magical back porch. Even though you're on the top of the mountain, there's plenty of flat'ish walkable space around the house, which is very nice when traveling with our dog. Looking forward to another visit in the future.
Serene getaway with beautiful mountain views. Our crew of 2 couples our dogs especially enjoyed relaxing on the back porch, cooking and playing board games in the spacious kitchen/dining combo, and walking around the property. Heads up: the hike to the waterfall is steep and not well-marked--not for the out of shape! Host communication was great, and the house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would definitely come back!
We had a girls relaxing weekend away and had a great time! The views are great, the cabin is super spacious, kitchen well stocked, and it’s super secluded. I don’t think I’ve ever been somewhere so quiet! It really feels like the tippy top of the mountain.
Yes, Kai the host was great. The cabin was spacious and well appointed. The master retreat is excellent. Beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. We will be back!
We absolutely loved the property and dealing with the host answering questions was top notch. Only down fall was being so far away from everything, but we knew that ahead of time.
