We had an amazing stay at the Villa! We had a wide range of ages and everyone loved the games, activities, and pool. There is plenty of space for a large group and the location is great and very convenient. The host, Brendan, was so accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Really great house for our group. We were just a 20 min walk to UT stadium, the TX Capitol, and Sixth Street. But honestly the house was so awesome with the amazing backyard, that we spent most of the time enjoying the amazing backyard amenities- the pool, hot tub, outdoor tv area, and tons of yard games. We had a great time in the spacious house indoors too.

The house was fantastic with plenty of room to spread out. We were able to walk from the house to UT’s campus. Quick uber ride to 6th St. Owner is very easy to communicate with & responds quickly. Nice that all pool towels were available. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great location & comfortable stay.

House was amazing and you could not have asked for better communication or location. Brendan was terrific and extremely accommodating. We had 13 in the party group and the property was plenty big enough. Would recommend this to anyone. Location was perfect for the local night life and short walk to the campus.

We were a group of retired couples who all live within two hours of Austin. The purpose of our trip was to spend time together and to make it convenient for family in Austin to come join us in the evenings when they got off work.Everyone loved the property and the bedroom locations provided the right amount of privacy and togetherness. One of our favorite times was morning coffee on the third floor balcony. The view of downtown at night through the trees is magical.We've spent several long weekends together in Fredericksburg and the Canyon Lake area, so staying in a city would not have been our first choice except for family living there. However, after staying, we are all looking forward to another opportunity to stay at this property for a minimum of 4 days. Anything less is missing out on what it has to offer.

Me and 9 of my closest friends came to Austin to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Brendan’s house could not been more ideal! It was comfortable, plenty of room- and beautiful! Brendan was so kind and communicative and made our stay super easy. I would def recommend!

We had a great 9-person bachelor party stay at Capital Villa and would absolutely consider coming back. The house is spacious, clean, and very well set up for larger groups, with plenty of room to spread out while still feeling comfortable and connected. The location was great: close enough to downtown and Austin hotspots to make getting around easy, but still in a quieter neighborhood setting. Walking to Franklin BBQ was amazing, as well as to Arbor Food Truck Park, Nickel City and Radio for coffee.The outdoor space was a big highlight for our group, especially the pool/spa area and overall backyard setup. The house was also well stocked and thoughtfully designed for entertaining and group stays.Communication with Brendan was smooth throughout the process, and check-in/check-out was straightforward.Overall, a really enjoyable Austin stay and a great option for groups visiting the city.

The house is great -- perfect layout and lots of space for everyone and excellent location. And Brendan was always available for questions with immediately kind and helpful replies and solutions. Very impressive!! The pool was less inviting than pictured as it had a cleaning device floating in it and the hot tub was only hot if we planned several hours in advance. But overall, I highly recommend the house and yard and lovely central neighborhood. This was a perfect place to host our family for a wedding weekend!
