Includes a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor bocce ball court, firepit, glimpses of downtown, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and a game room with a poker table, ping pong table, foosball table, dartboard, board games, and more. Perfect for larger groups and families.

A quick 5 minute uber ride from downtown and other central Austin attractions. Located on Lady Bird Lake (no lake access) and a short walk from the Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike trail. Kayak, SUP, and canoe rental companies are just a few minutes away.

Please keep in mind that our property manager lives in the pool house, a separate structure from the main house.
