A spacious, professionally designed, luxury listing perfectly located in central Austin. Includes a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor bocce ball court, firepit, glimpses of downtown, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and a game room with a poker table, ping pong table, foosball table, dartboard, board games, and more. Perfect for larger groups and families.

A quick 5 minute uber ride from downtown and other central Austin attractions. Located on Lady Bird Lake (no lake access) and a short walk from the Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike trail. Kayak, SUP, and canoe rental companies are just a few minutes away.

Please keep in mind that our property manager lives in the pool house, a separate structure from the main house.

We loved staying here for our weekend trip in Austin. House is even nicer than it shows in the pictures. Basement is awesome and location is hard to beat! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Friends Bday Getaway

Long weekend with 5 other couples to celebrate a few birthdays. House was amazing. Has everything you need and more. Location is perfect. A little too far to walk to Rainey, 6th, Congress, etc but an easy quick car ride to everything.

Everything about this house was great and exactly like described. There was plenty of room for all of our guest. All of the beds are very comfortable and the cleanliness of the house was very good. The backyard with the pool is very relaxing. We were there on a business trip for the F1 races and would definitely stay at this property again. The property manager was very easy to work with as well.

We loved our stay at this VRBO. The house was perfect for our two families! The space is well laid out and well equipped with all the essential needs. The downstairs game room was great for football watching and hanging out, playing games. Lots of board games and activities included in this rental. The kitchen is not large but had everything we needed. There is also a mini kitchenette downstairs with an additional frig and oven. We had a chef come prepare a dinner for us and the living/dining room was great for our group/entertaining. The bunk room was perfect for our teen boys too with 3 full size bed bunks. It was also close to downtown and not a far walk to the lake path. Great VRBO!

Hands down, the best house rental I’ve ever stayed in! The house was amazing! Exactly as described online but better! We were a group of 15 college friends and the house did not disappoint. We had everything we needed at our fingertips and the property owner was super helpful and quick in responding to every question we had! The bunk room was a great hit! Literally zero complaints about this house! If we ever travel back to Austin again, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The perfect house for a grown up bachelorette

We rented this house for 13 people for a bachelorette. We're all in our late 30's-40's so we were looking for something a little classier than the usual rental that accommodates 13 people. This house is PERFECT. First off it's gorgeously decorated throughout, all high end finishes, extremely comfortable beds. There is a lot of space, we never felt on top of each other. The location is great, you can walk to South Congress in 20 mins or its a short uber ride. The pool is great and so needed in the Texas heat. Highly recommend.

Perfect venue for an Austin destination wedding!

This VRBO truly lived up to all it promised! The home was clean and beautifully decorated with each of the bedroom spaces allowing for privacy. The main living spaces were open and airy with seamless flow to the pool and hot tub. Downstairs Recreation room provided plenty of space for the adult kids to hang as a group late night. Location was convenient and Victoria our hostess was on top of everything responding immediately to our needs! Great find!!!!

Perfect bachelorette house

This house was perfect for the 12 of us celebrating a bachelorette weekend. It is beautifully decorated, all the beds were so comfortable, and the house is stocked with all the essentials for a large group. We loved the pool and hot tub - no need to bring floaties as there's plenty other groups have left! The basement has so many games - we barely scratched the surface of what this house has to offer in our one weekend stay. Victoria was so quick to respond and easy to communicate with for any questions we had. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time ! Loved everything about our stay and would 100% recommend for a bachelorette or large group gathering - thank you!

This place was AWESOME! Every inch of this house was clean and decorated so nicely. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need to cook or grill, there are plenty of towels to accommodate a large group, the game room is perfect for an after quiet hours party, the house manager was so nice, and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is meant to feel like “home”. It has thought about everything…pool area, game room for late evening fun, a kitchen for any meal and plenty room to rest after it all. The location is just around SOCO, Lamar St, downtown, East Austin, and of course Lady Bird Lake!

Excellent Weekend Getaway !

This house is it! The owners have thought of everything you would need in a vacation home and the property manager is wonderful to work with! We enjoyed the weekend celebrating a bachelorette party and the house has everything you could need- Pool, Bar, Game Room, Gourmet Kitchen, enough beds/towels for everyone to be comfortable during the stay. The location is the icing on the cake- close to downtown and I35. This was truly the perfect home away from home!
