Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please turn off lights/ fans/heat/Ac off. All dirty towels/rags in hamper. Place trash in the garbage bin outside (driveway). Outside doors locked.
$50 fee will be charged to credit card if the remotes or fire stick on television goes missing. No Smoking inside the house. Smoke outside on patio.
