First, the "risky" flag you're referring to is not something we, as hosts, control or apply. We encourage you to reach out to Vrbo support directly if you'd like more information about why that flag was applied to your account. It did not stem from us. Regarding the water smell, we did respond promptly when you reached out during your stay. As explained at the time, the sulfur odor is a common, temporary characteristic of well water and is not a water quality or safety issue. We provided instructions to run the faucets for a few minutes to clear it, which typically resolves it right away. We take a lot of pride in this property. It's our home, not just a rental, and we work hard to maintain it as a peaceful, comfortable mountain escape for guests who are looking for exactly that. We also want to note that some conduct during your stay, including unauthorized additions to our smart-home shopping list, fell outside the kind of respectful use we ask of guests staying in our home. We wish you well and hope you find a rental elsewhere that's a better fit for what you're looking for.
