Easy check in, and check out. Room enough for the family, and the kids used the pool multiple times, as well as the game room. Close to shopping when needed, and to our daughters wedding. We would use the listing if/when back in Tampa.

We rented the house to take the kids to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. There were two adults & five kids from ages 5yr old to 17 yrs old every one had there own space and the kids had a great time. The house has plenty amenities to keep everyone entertained. Host had great communication throughout the visit! Would highly recommend and would stay again!

We enjoyed our family vacation and were able to make fun relaxing memories together swimming , playing in game room and relaxing in hot tub. It was a great central location -went to Busch Gardens and got to watch a Yankees game at Tampa Bay Rays. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our texts.

The house was very nice, but a bit more dated than the photos suggested. Stan and Julie were excellent at communication, and any questions we had they answered promptly and thoroughly. My one drawback is that they listed the pool as heated, but it was only heated until late March. Overall it was not a big deal as it did end up warming up enough to swim by the afternoon, but I could see it being a problem if the weather had been cooler. The hot tub was wonderful, and my children loved all the books and games, as well as the putting green.

Thank you for your thoughtful review—we’re really glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, especially the hot tub, games, and putting green. It’s also great to know our communication helped make your visit smooth. We did want to clarify for future guests that the pool is not advertised as a heated pool, and there is no pool heating available at the property. We always aim to keep our listing details clear so guests know exactly what to expect when booking. We appreciate your feedback and are glad it didn’t take away from your overall experience. Thank you again

Fun property and great host

We had a large group stay at this house earlier this month and had a great time. The backyard oasis is definitely the highlight, and the house was very clean. The host was extremely responsive, and worked with our crazy schedule, no problem. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to chill out by the pool in a location not too far from downtown.
