The Carroll’s condo is very well appointed and abundantly stocked, and ,in addition, Kim was so accommodating, generous and kind. We felt very comfortable during our 2 month stay. The Corona pandemic prevented everybody from going to restaurants so we cooked in every night in a wonderfully supplied and equipped kitchen. We were not wanting for anything and can highly recommend this property without reservation. Sheila and Gary M.

Desert Falls Condo

Had a wonderful month in Palm Desert. Kim was very attentive and kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. One negative was the person on the main floor smokes cigars which makes it a little difficult to sit out on the deck at times.

Excellent property

Location was great and condo had anything you could need. The beds in the second bedroom were singles so small for adults. Only real complaint is probably out of control of the owners, but the gentleman underneath sat outside and smoked a cigar which made sitting out on the balcony unpleasant and filled the condo with cigar smell.

Due to some medical procedures my wife was undergoing, we needed a place to stay in Palm Desert for the summer. Although this is not the most pleasurable time to be staying in the desert, our accommodations were excellent. The Condo is in a fabulous Golf community with a very nice and convenient clubhouse. The condo has been recently updated and everything exceeded our expectations. Internet and cable TV was great, and we had no issues during our stay. Kim was very helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to return to the desert soon and will be sure to inquire about booking this property again.

Beautiful oasis in Palm Desert

After a horrible experience in 2018 we were hesitant to venture into the unknown again but we are so glad we did! The unit was nicely decorated and very comfortable for our visitors as well. My wife was particularly pleased with the work space in the second bedroom and the flawless wi-fi connection. The kitchen had everything you might need and the grill on the back was extremely clean. There was plenty of closet space for everything and the garage was a nice size. We took advantage of the golf cart (insurance through our company was 19.00 for the month we were there). I would highly recommend this paradise to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great Two Bedroom Condo

Desert Falls Country Club is a wonderful place to spend two weeks in the desert. The unit was clean and very functional and was everything we expected. No bad surprises. The country club allows free tennis and fitness center usage, and has golf and yoga lessons for a fee. We love this place.
