Although we are not sure what may have happened, we have addressed the situation with the property manager and have included instructions for manual operation in case it is needed. - We apologize for the cleanliness in the kitchen area. We have the home professionally cleaned in between each guest's stay, however, we do understand things were missed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, measures to prevent this from happening have been taken. There is hot water in the kitchen, so we are trying to understand what may have been the problem during your stay. We always encourage guests to reach out with any concerns so we can address them promptly.- Communication: We were surprised to receive a message only after your departure stating you had left due to cleanliness. We would have appreciated the opportunity to make things right during your stay.- Property details: The home is located in Vega Baja, a beachside town known for its natural surroundings. We understand it’s a different setting from San Juan, and we always recommend reviewing location details in advance to ensure the area aligns with guest expectations.- Amenities: The refrigerator’s ice maker was not working, which was communicated prior to your stay, and a separate ice machine was provided. The photos in the listing accurately reflect the home and were professionally taken.While we believe the home was in proper condition at check-in, we value guest satisfaction and issued a refund for the cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill.
