This was our second stay, and we loved it. Being October it was cold enough to enjoy the fireplace, and enjoy exploring the area without the crowds. Cabin was just what we needed to "get away" for a few days. It was clean, and well appointed with just about everything you would need for a relaxing stay.

There is nothing not to love about this comfortable cozy cabin! Very clean and exactly as described. The hosts are obviously detail oriented in considering things their guests might need during their stay. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with cookware, the water was hot and the heating system did a great job of taking the chill out of the cabin. Highly recommend!

The cabin was comfortable and well equipped. The location was good for our needs. There was an issue with the gas fireplace, but Paul helped us work through it. We will stay again if we return to the area.

This was our third time staying here and we still really enjoy it. The place is exactly what it looks like from the listing. We had a minor issue shortly after we arrived, but called the hosts and it was cleared up immediately. If you want a small cabin in the southern Adarondacks that's on a pretty lake and close to some lovely waterfalls, you can't go wrong with this place.

We very much enjoyed our stay & our time on the property & on our walks on the adjoing streets/roadways. The only drawbacks were the size of the bedrooms as they are small/cramped & the lighting was not soft welcoming lighting throughout. The shower was SO terribly tight-spaced for us, though the water pressure was excellent. The water stayed hot for only about 15-20 miuntes, so you had to move fast, lol. The only less clean spots were the shower unit & the Keurig coffee maker. Also there was no clean sponge for washing dishes by hand & so we had to use soaped paper towels. The spot was wonderfully quiet & restful! The grounds were beautiful with all the pine cones & pine needles about. We had great weather! The down side of getting in - out thru the door was that the lock system is older & could use a whole new system - a key pad on the door itself would be ideal. We appreciate that we had the opportunity to stay!!! A big thanks to the hosts

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was quaint and cozy, and only a short distance from the beautiful lake! We really appreciated that our rental included kayaks to enjoy the fall weather. If we are in the area again, we will definitely plan to stay at this cabin.

The cabin was very comfortable; kitchen is updated and very well stocked. We loved the area for hiking and kayaking. Owners were very responsive and generous to allow for a late check-out so we could squeeze in another hike.

Great place, great responsive hosts

We had a great stay in the cabin, which was very clean and had all necessities required for a comfortable place. Perfectly located nearby the lake with easy access to the major attractions in the Adirondacks area.
