Heart of Waco home is just a short walk to many favorites including: Magnolias, Austin Avenue and the Waco Hippodrome, Baylor Stadium via the Riverwalk, Indian Springs Park with the historic Waco Suspension Bridge, Waco Convention Center, Balcones Distillery, and much more. We are also minutes drive to Cameron Park, Waco Zoo, Baylor University, Mammoth Museum, and much more!

This is a historic home with lots of updated amenities. Eat in kitchen with bar top, large formal dining room that can seat 12 or more, 6 outdoor patio and deck areas to allow you to enjoy the beautiful Waco weather, bathrooms are located on each floor for convenience, TV's located in every bedroom so you can cuddle up & enjoy a movie after a long day & night of enjoyment.
