About this property

Steps to the non-driving section of the beach!

The house was designed by local Architect Bryan McCloskey with interior designers A B Connor & Associates, the house is both beautiful and functional with views from every room. The house has high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. Note, we DO NOT allow pets!
The first floor provides covered parking, two hot water outdoor showers, and covered outdoor living space that seats six people. The backyard is fully fenced has a swimming pool and fire pit. The second floor houses the kitchen, living room, an outdoor deck, a powder room, a laundry room, and the master bedroom (pillow top queen sized bed) with an incredible en suite bathroom.
The third floor has two bedrooms and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has a two twin beds and a TV.
Finally, the third floor tower room is the ideal space to view the coastline, play games, or relax and read a book.

What a wonderful house. It is so close to the beach. The pool was very nice and it is only 10 minutes from historic Saint Augustine. We had a fantastic time.

Home was nice, beautiful, short walk to the beach. Peaceful location with a short drive to downtown. Most of everything you would need as far as towels, paper plates etc were provided. However, the home could have been cleaned better. Prior guests left the trash bin full. Very minimal check in/check out instructions provided. Overall, good stay.

We really loved this house! Plenty of space for our family of five to spread out. The views of the ocean from the front porch were amazing and the plunge pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. Will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful family vacation with our three boys, it was more than enough space for the five of us! We couldn’t have asked for a better location either, a short walk to the beach, restaurants and surf shops. The owner was attentive and helpful with questions. If our plans allow, we will definitely be back next summer!

Stayed here multiple times. Great addition of full bathroom to pool area since last year. Centrally located for restaurants and ice cream. Beach is fantastic. Overall house is wonderful and perfect for our family. House needs beach towels (we couldn't find any but brought our own). Also the ring game downstairs has been removed which we used to spend a lot of time having fun playing.

Hornski's Lounge Grand Opening!

This is an amazing property in a fantastic location. For the price its a steal. I loved the walk in shower and spend hours on the patio by the pool. I cannot wait to go back!
