Convenient downtown location, open year round! On the second, top-floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no vaping inside, no pets 1 BR + loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river.
This unit has an enclosed bedroom downstairs and another bed in the open loft upstairs (no door in between loft and living room). Downstairs there's a bathroom with shower and jetted tub, upstairs there's a toilet and a jetted tub.
This unit has a kitchen with mini appliances, full size appliances do not fit with the loft layout, so it has a narrow range, a smaller dishwasher and a mini fridge (under the counter top) - please be aware if you plan to cook (most of our guests don't). Condo has river views from front deck, skylight, fireplace, WiFi internet and cable channels. No washer or dryer available for guest use, but there is a laundromat in town.
Convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere.

This place was perfectly and centrally located - restaurants, Elkhorn Ave shops, coffee shops were walkable, and only a few minutes from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Great location!
Spacious place in a good location. Easy to walk to the store and restaurants on the main strip. Parking is on a little bit of a busy road but manageable.
Very happy with our stay. Cannot beat the location, walkable to everything. Communication was great too! Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Estes Park.
Great location, open space in the loft was nice also. Not that the listing didn’t say this, but come on with that fridge. It’s the size you have in a dorm room. Also, right after a snow: shovel the walks, stairs, and decks. It’s a liability and your responsibility as you’re taking our money. You’re likely to have guests staying that don’t live in the snow and could slip and fall. It was all iced over after melting then refreezing for two days.
I absolutely loved this place. The location is great, just a block away/walking distance to the Estes Park downtown area. It is close to everywhere. I will rent here again.
It was comfortable for our family of four and location was awesome. Unfortunately, other people staying in the Lofts often parked in a way that didn't allow the maximum number of cars but that is not the fault of this host. Also, cleaning crew needs to do a bit better- there was a cigarette butt on the carpet up in the loft when we arrived and broken glass in the washing machine.
This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Location was walking distance too so many restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Beautiful inside with everything you will need for your stay. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.
Great in-town location. The setup was a little odd, with the television on the far side of the kitchen. Two elements didn’t function … the fireplace never lit no matter how long it was on, and the clothes dryer wouldn’t stay on. Otherwise, all good.
Wonderful place to stay in Estes park. We really enjoyed it thank you. The property manager Lucky was really helpful in understanding the parking. He was super nice and responsive.
