The modern kitchen has tons of granite counterspace, stainless GE Monogram appliances, a wine and beverage cooler. the comfortable living room has a fireplace, large screen TV with Sonos sound bar, Apple TV and surround sound system. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area with seating for up to 12 at the dining table.
