Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn down the heat in all rooms to ~50 F (~1/3 dial turn).
Please ensure the pellet stove is turned completely off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Don't open the pellet stove front door and don't put wood or anything besides pellets inside, nor place anything next to it as it will burn. Thanks!
Only park one car in the driveway and any additional cars across the street in designated parking spots.
Neighbor guidelines require quiet hours after 10 pm. No use of the hot tools after this time and no parties.

Terrific long weekend getaway!

Loved our stay for a long ski weekend in March. Home was perfect for our group - plenty of space for us to relax and recharge after hitting copper.

Enjoyed our stay here. The place was exactly what we expected. We had some issues with some bedding stuff but the host was quick to get it resolved. Would book again.

Close to all the ski resorts in the area

Guys trip

Went for a Bachelor party and had a blast. Good location but the city does have a “friendly neighbor policy” that requires you to basically be inside by 10pm. So… if you’re looking to use the hot tub later in the evening I’d think twice about this location. Other than that it was a fantastic home. Great amenities, great location for the price and a wonderful host.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful experience for our 2022 family ski trip, we were in close proximity (25 mins) to Breckenridge and Vail for day skiing and (15 mins) to Keystone for night skiing! We maximized our ski time and when we got back to the condo it was so relaxing, we were able to eat, play games and disperse to our own spaces. I can’t say enough good things, we are already planning our return!

Winter wonderland with warm and inviting accommodations

Beautiful modern property. Inviting. Great location. Great kitchen. Half bath with laundry room on kitchen level. Mattress in upstairs bedroom could have been a little more comfortable. Just offered to improve the mattress with a mattress topper. Excellent communication with the host at all times. Thank you Dave.

As we discussed, mattresses can be challenging because everyone has different preferences. All our beds have new memory foam mattress, which we happen to love and receive positive feedback on from others, but we also recognize they aren’t for everyone. What’s up with the electrical wiring?

This is a nice condo, but is it safe? The kitchen and living area lighting didn’t work properly. It was eerie that it took a few seconds for a light to turn on after flipping a switch. Stairs to the hot tub were covered in 2 inches of ice which thankfully we were able to remove with the shovel provided. Once done, we thoroughly enjoyed the extra large hot tub. Couldn’t get the TV in the master bdrm to turn on. However, the master bdrm was very nice and spacious. Basement toilet did not work well. Manager should have it snaked. But all in all we enjoyed our time there. This place just needs some maintenance issues resolved.

Hi Kim, Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention as your comfort/safety is our top priority. We always request that guests reach out to us immediately if there are any issues that arise, so we have the opportunity to take care of any problems immediately so you can fully enjoy your stay carefree. A few of the lights were on dimmer switches, which was making them behave a little bit funny, but we have since swapped them out. There is also ice melt in the front closet for any ice that freezes over between plowings. Our property manager is also happy to send someone over to deal with these sorts of things. Lastly, we have snaked the basement toilet and replaced batteries in the master tv remote. Again, thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Warmly, Ashley and Dave

Welcome to our home away from home! We are a family of 3 and two of us are CO natives and the other one is Portland, OR. We live in Denver, and we love coming up to our home in Silverthorne to escape the heat, ski, bike, hike and just about any activity you can do up in Summit. We love bringing our young daughter up here, and it has become our solace from the city for our family.

Why they chose this property

We chose the Willowbrook neighborhood because of how family friendly it is, the proximity to all of our favorite activities and the quiet. We chose Silverthorne because we wanted to be a quick jaunt from Denver while not being stuck to any one ski resort. We have our favorites, but we love to ski at many of them.

What makes this property unique

We love that our home is in a neighborhood of people who live here, we have amazing views out the back windows, and it feels like an actual home versus a rental managed by a big agency. We pride ourselves in that we have created a space that we love and we hope you feel the same.
