Built as a seaside retreat in the 1930’s, our cottages have endured as a magical escape to the bygone time of California’s “Surf and Sand” fun. Freshly restored in 2015 with our unique vision of the 1930s to 1950s beach ambiance. Located only 1/2 block from Coast Highway you will have easy access to the beach and all of the great restaurants, and "outdoor fun” that Laguna has to offer. Bring your guitar, favorite books, and festive party spirits. Large front yard for relaxing with views of the ocean. Easy parking. (2 cars per cottage). Internet, laundry, fully stocked kitchens, & queen sized beds in each cottage.

Three charming 1935-1955 cottages only one block from the Pacific Ocean and surrounded by the best places to recreate and that Laguna Beach has to offer.

There is an electric vehicle charger in our parking lot available for guest use.

The property is on a large 10,000 sq ft parcel, in the very heart of the city. Take a trip back in time to stay in California’s last surviving intact beach community.

Check-In is anytime after 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, and Check-Out is anytime prior to 11:00 am. The minimum consecutive stay is two (2) nights. Whether you’re visiting us for a week or an entire month, our staff is committed to making your time at LagunaCottage.com unforgettable.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off AC/Heat thermostats
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Deposits are refundable if a cancellation is made before 30 days prior to arrival date. Your refund will be made within 30 days of the cancellation
notice. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date,
or as a result of inclement weather, flight/travel delays or personal emergencies. There is a $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations.

Why they chose this property

These beach cottages are truly wonderful. We are located in a perfect area. We have our own private parking lot with ample room, so you won't feel squeezed. Our cottages are near everything. We are close to PCH and the beach, making walking to almost anywhere in Laguna the best transport method! It's a great way to experience the city. We are also one block away from ralph's (which is open late), great since you will have access to a full kitchen and private bbq.
