We enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach! Location was great, and the cottage was clean and comfortable. There were great restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner. It was warm inside the cottage, so we were grateful that there were multiple fans available to use while sleeping. It was very helpful to have a place to park onsite and not have to look for street parking. Owners provided detailed check-in instructions with pictures which was helpful.

Host was great! Great communication! Slight smell of pet urine in patio and living quarters.No air conditioning and it was hot and humid the first night but the next day we found fans in the closet that we weren’t aware of and that helped tremendously and we slept more comfortably after that. Over all we had a great experience!

We have been coming to this rental for years. We had a blast! Great cottage! Wonderful hosts who were easy to reach. So close to the beach. Loved it! See you next year.

We enjoyed our stay here in Newport. The house was perfect for our needs and the owners were very accommodating. It’s so nice that it is pet friendly and they don’t charge a bunch of fees to bring your pets. This place offers a great location close to the beach. I would Definitely recommend booking this cute cottage.

We had a great stay!

Location was amazing and the house was well taken care of, pictures show exactly what you get.Communication with property managers was very good- we had to contact a few times while there and immediately heard back. Would stay again.
