The Montana Small Town USA getaway located in the city of Dillon a 4 bedroom 2 bath 1700 sq. ft. open and inviting townhome with various hand-crafted elements through out. A hand built old dairy wood and pipe sofa table and a vintage custom King Ranch leather chair .
This is a place to chill, reconnect and explore. Wake up and take in the mountain view from the upstairs bedrooms. Make some coffee and breath in the morning fresh air. Take a stroll through town. Enjoy a meal in the open kitchen and sitting area upstairs. Get cozy in the country downstairs family room with family and play a game or watch a Netflix movie. A perfect place to getaway from the hustle and bustle and do some exploring, sking, hiking or fly fishing on some of the best rivers in the nation.
Take a day trip to Yellowstone or the Big Hole and stop for a dip at Jackson hot springs along the way.

This was a great rental for our family. Our daughter was very comfortable as well as my wife and myself. The property is in a great neighborhood. Very tastefully decorated. Felt like a home away from home.

This home was perfect for our stay visiting family in Dillon. It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and relax with family. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The host was easy to contact and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great clean house located near the city center in Dillon. Easy walking distance to grocery store. Kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, pans, and utensils. House easily accodimated two families. Downstairs family room setup is amazing with some very nice couches. This was our second stay at this properly and we would certainly do it again.

We had a great stay. Super easy check-in and check-out. The host kept everything simple and provided great communication before, during and after our stay. The location was great for convenient access to the grocery store and local restaurants in a nice neighborhood. The basement TV room was a nice feature we enjoyed after long days of fishing. Our group of 5 guys were very comfortable there. The beds were great. The kitchen had all we needed for our meal preparation and we made good use of the charcoal grill. It is a duplex and we enjoyed visiting with our (quiet) neighbor. We are looking forward to our return in 2027.

We had a wonderful stay in Dillon! The house was the perfect home base for our week-long fishing trip and made the entire experience even more enjoyable.Our hosts were incredibly responsive. We had a couple of small issues during our stay, and they responded quickly and took care of everything promptly, which we really appreciated.The house was very comfortable and exceptionally well stocked, especially the kitchen. It had all the tools and essentials we needed, which made it easy to settle in, cook meals, and relax after long days of fishing and exploring.The location was also fantastic. Everything we needed in Dillon was close by, while we still had easy access to all the places we wanted to explore and fish throughout the week.We genuinely enjoyed every part of our stay. After full days out on the rivers and exploring southwest Montana, it was great to come back to a place that really felt like our home for the week. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great Location

Waking up looking at the mountains from the upstairs bedrooms always starts my day off with joy! I love to sit outside with my morning coffee and just smell the fresh air.... or take a walk to sweetwater cafe for a lemon scone.
