1375 sq foot, one bedroom loft with open kitchen and living area, and private bedroom and bathroom. Luxury kitchen. Furnished. Steam Heat. Newly renovated. Washer and Dryer. Street Parking.

This was one of the original classrooms in the old school- complete with brick fireplace and old cabinets (refinished). WiFi available. No TV at the moment. Walking distance to commercial area of old downtown Dillon.

Great for use as a corporate apartment or for visiting tourists or outdoorsmen.

NOTE: this property opens up for summer bookings in mid April- until then it will show blocked- please check back with us then!
