We had the best time ! Vinnie and Mitzi couldn’t have done more to make our stay more comfortable. Everything you need is there. The views were second to none. The sound of the waterfall at night was amazing.

10/10! Amazing views all around, cozy feel at home atmosphere, coupled with the most amazing host made this getaway one for the books! Check in was super easy. Vinnie and his wife were gracious and checked in frequently to make sure our stay was perfect! Waterfalls close enough to walk to for some great photos and the pool table was a great fun addition! Definitely recommend for a quiet getaway.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The views are stunning. SO peaceful and relaxing. We were greeted by Vinny within a few minutes of arriving. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable with the surrounding areas. We will definitely be returning in the spring. Highly recommended this place for a couple's getaway whether it's a short weekend or extended stay.

Loved the view of the falls from our deck! Very quiet and peaceful - nice that there's not much cell service! Property as advertised - looking forward to our next trip so we can book again. Host very helpful and respectful of our privacy.

Great place!

I stayed here for just one night to attend a friend's wedding in nearby East Andover, NH. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property. It was very nice - the pictures don't do it justice! The host was communicative and kind. I would stay here again without hesitation!

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely amazing time at this property. Vinnie was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and then we had complete privacy the rest of our stay. If we needed something, we just texted him or his wife Mitzi and it was taken care of. The views from this property are stunning. It's a short walk or drive to a gorgeous waterfall and hiking area. We swam in the waterfall that we could see from our bedroom, balcony, and living room! I saw another reviewer write that the photos didn't do the property justice, and I have to agree. We were blown away when we got there with how beautiful it is. The inside of the house is so cute and rustic. There is a beautiful fan in the living room and with the windows open, the air was refreshing in the house. There is an AC, but we didn't need it. It was very clean. The house has everything that you might need in terms of towels, cutlery, dishware, bedding, etc. There is a big, comfy couch that easily allowed both of us to lie down while watching movies. There is a pool table in the living area that looks brand new. I didn't think we would use it that much, but it ended up being so fun that we played multiple games every day- turned out to be a highlight for us. There is a dining area as well, but we easily could have eaten in the outdoor space as well. We had a private balcony that had the waterfall on one side and a forest on the other. Highly recommend this property!

It was a lovely stay and we had a great time. Only issue was WiFi being spotty at best so if you are invested in staying somewhere with speedy fast WiFi or have to do work online I would not recommend here for that. For a retreat away with gorgeous views and a great space it was perfect.
