We spent 8 nights at the condo - I started every morning with coffee on the deck - the view never gets old! Three bedrooms were comfortable and convenient. The location couldn’t be any better - short walk to Hideaways beach and 1 Hotel for drinks or food (although expensive!). We hope to come back some day!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our favorite play to stay on Kauai. The villa is amazing, the views are spectacular and the location is close to everything on the north shore. Hali and Jane at Na Pali Properties are wonderful to work with.

Beautiful views! We loved sitting on the deck watching the birds and enjoying the mountain and golf course views. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beach towels, toys, cooler, and chairs were nice extras to have for the beach. Also the location was great for a walk to hideaways beach and the beach by the hotel.

The kitchen was well stocked and the accommodations were spacious. There was plenty of beach/ snorkel equipment! It was a nice size for the money. It needed to be vacuumed better and the wicker wiped well for mildew.

We had such a great stay! Great snorkeling just a short walk away at Hideaway Beach and this place has every amenity you could need for your stay. Definitely recommend!

View and location was great. I would suggest an outside hose with easy access to rinse of sand that would help keep sand outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view! Great family room for hanging out. Feels isolated from the road. Everything we needed was provided — snorkel equipment, beach chairs, boogie boards. Kitchen was great for cooking. Fun decor. It’s a very special place. Loved walking down to the pretty public beach below the 1 Hotel. Well situated. Golf course is gorgeous even though we don’t golf.

Pre-Christmas Stay in Princeville

Overall nice stay. Property was comfortable and clean. The furniture a bit tired but that is normally expected from a rental property. Great location with nice views of the mountains.
