Enjoy the luxury of our beautifully appointed condo with room enough to comfortably sleep 6. The living room hide-away bed allows for the accommodation of an additional 2 people, for a total of 8. The condo includes a furnished terrace with spectacular views overlooking High Point and in-unit laundry for your convenience.

Buyers and vendors alike will be thrilled by the accessibility to nearby High Point shopping. Our location is also ideal for families coming into town to visit students at the local High Point University. By pre-arrangement, guests may also enjoy the use of the owner’s private club membership to the Spring and Splinter Club located on the main floor of Market Square.

Spring and Splinter Club is open for lunch Monday - Friday and dinner Wednesday - Saturday by reservation.

For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available for your convenience.

Perfect place, clean, comfortable and well developed decorated!

This place was perfect for us and we couldn't have been happier. It was very close to the furniture district and HPU. Clean, stylish, comfortable and well decorated, it was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely stay there again.

Great condo with beautiful view

This condo was just right for four adults who needed their own space (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). It was convenient to HPU and restaurants on N Main. The building has great front door staff who are welcoming and helpful.

Was fine but got trapped in the elevator for a few minutes and the area outside of the condo was sketchy. Security guards kept telling us it was haunted which scared us condo was wonderful though

Excellent landing spot

Beautiful condo in High Point. Nicely appointed and 24 hour security. We were in Greensboro for the Junior Olympics and needed a comfortable space to stay and rest in between events and for me to work. Lots of space and it felt like home with soft linens. The balcony was great for breakfast or to watch the sunset!

Family weekend at High Point

Great location - condo easily slept 6 - loved all the twins beds (gave us flexibility on sleeping arrangements. 3 FULL baths made it easy for all to get ready in a timely fashion. Cleaning lady was accommodating and helpful. Owner communicated with us. We hope to stay there again soon

Amazing location

We attended the 2021 spring premarket and the second we opened the door to this amazing condo we were thrilled. The location was perfect, the host had everything we needed from fluffy towels, coffee pods and candles to light. This condo was decorated for any designer to enjoy. The balcony was a bonus, we enjoyed evening cocktails while watching the sunset. We would recommend this condo for anyone to stay in and hope to book again when we visit High Point again.

Terrific accommodations!

Went to high point for first time with business partner. Perfect accommodations given our needs, especially during Covid. The apartment was exceptionally clean and impeccably decorated. We ended up grocery shopping or ordering in every meal given the apartment was so comfortable. Everything we needed! There was no need to contact property manager. And recommendation to water grill was delicious.

Super clean, decorated beautifully

We loved the property! One if the best! Decorated to designer level features. Comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. Most places have rentals that look nice but have uncomfortable furniture and low quality linens. A true find! Close to HPU. On the 14th floor. I wasn’t too sure about that but it was actually fine. Would rent again for sure!

Beautiful condo with helpful staff and nice location. Unfortunately there was trouble with our water during our stay but Nicole was very helpful and released us from our stay so the issue could be fixed.
