Enjoy the privacy offered by the secluded, spacious backyard surrounded by oak and pine trees from the glass enclosed porch and deck. The home offers 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 2 full baths, 2 living areas each with a wood-burning fireplace and dining room with whimsical walls and a southern farm table. The eat-in kitchen offers all amenities. We ask that renters feel free to leave personal message on the chalkboard kitchen table. This cozy, colorful home is located close to the state of the art Greensboro Aquatic Center and High Point Furniture Market. It is also a central location if you're visiting colleges or attending orientation or graduation at UNC-Greensboro, Guilford College, A&T University, Wake Forest University, Elon University, UNC-Chapel Hill, NC State or Duke University. Other attractions include the minor league Class A baseball team Greensboro Grasshoppers , Carolina Cup bicycle race and the Natural Science Center with their newest attraction the Sciquarium.
