South City Accommodation Unit 2

A brand new unit with 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom modern kitchen, and a spacious living area to enjoy.

It is warm and sunny and has a deck for you to enjoy a coffee on.

It has everything you need to cook your own meals and a TV with chrome cast so you can watch your favourite shows from your device on the TV screen. We also supply internet for your needs.

Our accommodation is very close to South City where there is a super market a variety of food outlets, bank, post shop and any time machines. It is a 5 minute drive or 30 min walk to Invercargill town center.

Also it is about 5-10 mins walking distance to Southland hospital

This accommodation will provide comfort for you while checking out our beautiful city as you visit our cities parks, restaurants, shops and much much more.

Invercargill is home to the Burt Munro challenge, the transport world motor bike and truck museums, the Tour of Southland and many other events

Centrally located & almost brand new

Our family stayed here for 5 nights. The unit included everything we could need. The only thing which was a bit annoying was the solatube light in the twin bedroom didn't have a shade or blind so sleeping past dawn was a challenge.

In a great location south of city just off a main road. Very quiet and modern in a block of 3. 15 mins to Bluff. 8 mins to city centre Shopping centre in walking distance. Will return.

This property is located very close to the hospital which was what we needed it for. Everything is walkable and all the shops you need are close by (Supermarket, pharmacy, dairies, hairdressers etc). Communication with the owner was excellent and she was very accommodating. It’s about a 10 min walk to the estuary and there is a great 4km loop walk to do.

Great Place to Stay

Fresh, clean & new units (3) on large bare section. Good amenities, everything you need. Has big lounge/kitchen, separate door to hallway, full laundry, big bathroom with shower only & 2 good sized bedrooms. Cozy & warm with heatpump in lounge. No heater in bathroom but leave door open when heatpump is on & it warms up quickly. Thanks so much for sharing your property. Will be back for sure.

I am in invercargill every 4 weeks for work and will be staying here every time it was clean tidy modern very warm and comfortable beds. My only fault would be there was no tv in the bedroom as I prefer to watch tv in bed. Thankyou for the stay.
