Palm Beach House on Canal

Palmy House is the perfect getaway or holiday destination. Located on the canal only an 800m stroll to Palm “Beach”, and 1km to Tallebudgera either walking or paddle boarding, this handy location has the best of both beach and canal living. Wheather it be kayaking, stand up paddle boarding or fishing, you can do it all while you stay here. A large pontoon that will fit the whole family for a morning of fishing or jumping or sitting back enjoying a drink.

The large family fully ducted air conditioned home has timber lambs floors throughout and is complemented with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, large covered deck with BBQ and couch area, swimming pool with umbrella and double garage. Added extras include wifi and smart TV with all apps to make your stay that bit better. A Nespresso pod coffee machine to get you going in the morning.
All linen is provided. The laundry has a brand new washer and dryer with all washing products supplied.

Palm Beach is one of the best spots on the Gold Coast with a host of fabulous restaurants which include, Balboa Italian, The Collective, Frida Sol Mexican as well as Palm Beach and Tallebudgera surf clubs which have the best views on the coast.
The property is less then a 5 minute drive to Burleigh Heads where you can shop in James Street and choose from amazing places to eat, some famous favourites Rick Shores the Pavillion. 10 minutes to Robina Shopping Fair and 15 minutes to Broadbeach which is home to the Star Casino, Pacific Fair Shopping, Gold Coast Convention Centre and Broadbeach amazing restaurant strip.

Palm Beach is easily accessible to Coolangatta airport and John Flynn Private Hospital which is 10 minute drive south.

We had a fabulous stay at this Palm Beach house. It was easy to relax with our family of 3 girls. The kayaks, bikes and pool provided entertainment for our kids and was lovely to hang out by the canal. Just 10 minutes walk to the surf beach and Tallebudgera creek is very close too. Coles, eateries and cafes all nearby. House is very comfortable. Loved it and will be back for sure! Host is lovely, great stay.

A fabulous stay

Everything about this place is great. Fantastic location, clean, plenty of room and great communication from Loren - absolutely nothing negative to say (except more fish to catch in the canal would have been great ). Paddle boards and kayaks kept us all entertained. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful spot to stay for a holiday. Loren was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was there for our stay, all water sports activity boards, sups and kayaks. Not far to paddle up to the creek for a swim in calm, clear water. Thanks again, it was a great stay. We will be back!

We had a great family holiday in Palm Beach and this amazing beach house was everything we had wanted and more. Amazing place to holiday!

We spent 7 nights at the house and had an amazing time. The kids loved paddling in the canal, and we saw loads of wildlife which was so cool (including a family of swans who visited us a few times!). The pool is amazing and the kids absolutely loved it. House is beautiful and has everything you could need, with a Coles just down the road. Loren is super helpful and responsive, and we would love to come back again!

Perfect family location.

Perfect location. A lovely quiet street close to absolutely everything. 2 min drive to the beach and restaurants. The house is beautiful - with partitioning doors opening up to the canal. The owners supplied kayaks, canoes, paddle boards for you to use along with pool toys, bikes and a ping pong table. Can’t fault the place! We’ll definitely be back.

We took our daughter and 3 children 8, 7 and 6 to visit the Gold Coast - the house was perfect for us - living areas were open and light, beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed including a pool which the kids loved and the area it is situated in was close to areas we wanted to visit but was also very quiet - ticks all around

A little R&R

This lovely beach house was exactly what we needed after two weeks of travelling in Oz. The location was beautiful and the access to the canal was fantastic. We didn’t need to go anywhere if we didn’t want to, this place had everything and the kayak and paddle boards were great fun too! Walking distance to the beach and Palm beach shops. We did the wildlife park in Currumbin and went up to Surfers Paradise night markets and Warner Bros theme park. Would definitely recommend for families or couples wanting to experience the Gold Coast lifestyle.

Palm Beach Canals

This is the second time we’ve stayed on the Swordfish canal and it won’t be the last. We love coming here- very comfortable, great views and great fishing. A home away from home. The kids loved the pool and kayaks and the beach is only a short walk away. Highly recommended.

Nice spacious house

The house is great for a family holiday. All of the rooms are spacious, and it is well equipped with everything you need. The pool was large and captures the sun all day. We used the kayaks every day on the canal. Although the bathrooms are a little dated, they were very clean and large. Palm Beach is our favourite place to stay on the Gold Coast, so we felt really lucky to find this house tucked away on such a quiet street.

The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. Good location and easy to get on the M1 and walk to the beach. very good cafes and bakeries in the area and the coffee is excellent. Good spot to be if you want to be if you like your holiday in a quiet location.
