This was exactly what we envisioned for a beach cottage, and was perfect for my family of four! It was so calm and relaxing to be so close to the beach, yet shops and restaurants were just a quick drive away. This cottage was thoughtfully appointed; we had everything we needed. Perfect small cottage!

This property was really nice. It was perfect for my wife and another couple for a 4th of July weekend. Lots of amenities, 100 yards from the beach and a quick drive to anything you need. Communication was amazing. Will be going back for sure

The cottage was everything we needed to enjoy a few days by the ocean! A quick walk across the street and we were at the beach! So relaxing and the cottage was in perfect condition for us.

Great house and location

This little house has everything you need for a great beach vacation. But note there is no washer/ dryer. Steps to the beautiful beach, restaurants, great walking paths.

Perfect Cozy Beach Cottage

This cozy cottage was just what we needed for four people. Comfy beds - great outdoor shower - nice yard area and grill for eating & hanging outside - lots of parking too. And the location was amazing - loved the neighborhood and soooo close to the beach. Host was very responsive and let me in early. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We like the access to the beach, the sunsets are amazing. The building was older but looked clean. However, this is not a comfortable place to stay, and the kitchen lacks most items if you plan to cook your meals there.

Great Rental So Close to Beach

We had a great stay in Centerville. Super close to two town beaches with bath houses. Also walking distance to lunch spots. House had all that was promised and more. We were very pleasantly surprised when the teen who got the pull out sofa, discovered a new memory foam mattress. Plenty of sheets, blankets and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again and bring friends to stay in other half of rental. Some confusion about lockbox (no key, just a keypad) but otherwise great.

The beds are terrible

The place is cute and location is great but the beds were so uncomfortable (plywood was holding was between the lumpy mattress and boxspring,) we left the rental early after not being able to sleep well. The kitchen sink faucet also was coming undone and sliding around. This made me rethink renting from a evolve property in the future.

Great Location

We gave 4 stars for the property's location. It was a perfect walk to the beach every morning. It was a nice neighborhood to walk the dog as well. The property was maintained but a bit worn and some outlets did not work. It had the basics that you needed to prepare meals. The queen bed was not comfortable and had a board between the mattress and box spring. To us, sleeping comfortably is a high priority, and we can overlook many things at a property because of that. We did not use the beds in the other room so do not know if they were comfortable or not. I recommend a new queen mattress and box spring.

Awesome spot !

This little cottage was absolutely perfect for a quick getaway! Had everything you would need and the location couldn’t be beat! Could hear the ocean at night and was such a quick walk across the street to Covells beach! Loved my time here!

Lovely home in the perfect location

Lovely 2 bedroom house with a great location. Very clean and comfortable. The picnic table and grill outside were nice to use. Beach is right across the street. Great place to use as a base if your touring the area. Hyannis is 5 mins away with ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. then there's the quaint towns of Chatham, Falmouth and Provincetown to name a few. Overall we loved the place and will definitely be back!!
