Perfect getaway

The house was clean and had all the items we needed for our stay. A 2 minute walk to the beach was a huge plus. Quiet neighborhood and decent nearby restaurants. We would book this house again inthe future.

This is a lovely beachside property in Centerville. The proximity to the beach is wonderful, and the house itself is nicely updated and well-maintained. The house is located a short drive away from Main St. restaurants in Hyannis, as well as a few cute restaurants and snack shacks close by. The host was gracious and easy to work with. This place helped make our Cape Cod experience exceptional!

Perfect beach cottage

My kids and I had an amazing stay at this beach cottage. It was immaculately clean and fresh and right next to the beach. The short drive to Main Street Hyannis made this the perfect summer stay for us. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Perfect location

This cottage was in the perfect spot to enjoy the beach. The location made it easy to walk back for lunch or if we forgot something. It was a good size for our family of 2 adults and 2 teen girls. It was also the cleanest rental we have ever booked. As soon as you opened the door, you could tell that had been cleaned properly. If we make it back to Cape Cod, this place will be at the top of our list.

Perfect little cottage near beach

It’s a perfect little cottage for a small family. It’s walking distance to the beach so no need to load up the car with the kiddos. They provided beach chairs and had some beach toys as well. Very nice outdoor seating with picnic table and grill. Also had a few board games which was definitely a nice little touch. Very clean inside and maintained yard.

The house was exactly what I was looking for — across the street from Covell’s Beach. Very nice outdoor shower and well-appointed beach shed. My daughter and I enjoyed a relaxing long weekend.

Cozy Beach Cottage

Beautiful space steps from the beach. Unit was well maintained and clean upon arrival. Jana was responsive and made check in using the pin pad a breeze. Recently renovated patio area made for a nice private space to enjoy outside. Outdoor shower was an unexpected treat that the whole family enjoyed. Quiet beautiful neighborhood nearby was great for stroller walks with the kids and had a small playground. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a few days at the beach. The cottage and furnishings are definitely not new but it all works fine for a beach stay. Appreciated the beach chairs and fans throughout the house!

The cottage was perfect. It was so clean and it had everything we needed in it. It was nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the basics and appliances. Amazing stay!

We spent the past 4 days at this property for a family wedding in Cape Cod. The location was perfect and allowed for easy access to the beach for some fishing and downtime. The house itself was perfect. Incredibly clean and well appointed. The provided linens and towels were fresh and clean and beds were very comfortable. The host communicated well and even shared with us some tips for where to go to enjoy a nice walk in the neighborhood. We will definitely be back to this property!

Perfect beach cottage

We (myself, teen daughters and 2 small dogs) had a great stay at this cottage. The proximity to the beach was perfect, just a short walk. The cottage is extremely well appointed and low maintenance. A standout amenity was the outdoor shower. Very clean and great water pressure ... the sun beams right over the wall in the late afternoon and it's very peaceful. The owner, groundskeeper, and property manager are all very nice! We are looking forward to staying here again next year.

Cape cod adventure

Nice property. Clean and well cared for. Two bedrooms and bath were the perfect size for us. Small outside yard with grill picnic table and a couple of chairs. There was an outside shower which had we gone to the beach would have been perfect for washing the sand off and not tracking into the cottage. Good parking available and beach was a block away. So the location was great right in the middle of everything, to include a short hop over to the ferry’s. Noticed no A/C and only two space heaters to take the chill off the rooms

Very Nice

The house was exactly what I expected. Very short walk to the beach, well furnished. My only complaint would be that the bed was pretty uncomfortable, but if you have a younger back it probably wouldn't bother you. The listing says to bring your own pillows but there are some there, just no linens. We went labor day week(not over the weekend) and the neighborhood was quiet. Not a long drive to food or shopping. Could easily walk to the pizza/Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood.
