Beautiful property. Great location.

Great place for family vacation

We have stayed at this house twice in the last twelve months and have really enjoyed it. The house is large, well equipped and is perfect for a family holiday. The area is quiet, but close to everything.

Great Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay at this exceptionally well-stocked vacation home. We loved the pool and tiki hut, and made good use of the kayaks and bikes. The house was clean and comfortable and we definitely recommend it!

Great way to enjoy the waterway. I love hanging on the patio/pool watching the osprey, sometimes manatees, boats and paddleboarders are always entertaining. Great house and great hosts. The house had everything we needed for a good and easy time. The view of the nature reserve across the causeway was spectacular for viewing the morning flocks of birds. The hosts were available to us immediately whenever we had a question. Highly recommend.

Perfect Waterfront Home

From check in to check out this house was as perfect as advertised. The location was incredible, close to the beach and all of the great restaurants in the Deerfield/Boca Raton area. The owners were extremely responsive and truly wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a tropical paradise.

Delightful family vacation

This house exactly as lovely as the photos/description. The pool and outdoor area are fantastic (and we had the added bonus of being able to watch fireworks on July 4th from the pool!). We loved the convenience of having our boat docked right behind the house and using it to explore the area, including Lake Boca Raton (a great place for snorkeling!) Eric and Denise were very friendly and responsive. The location is terrific - super quiet neighborhood but centrally located and easily walkable to the beach. Our family had a wonderful stay in this home!

Perfect relaxing home

We have rented this house several times. It is a perfect home with even better home owners. It is spacious, clean and well maintained. Perfect in every way

My family had an absolutely wonderful and stress-free stay at the property. Denise was always available and her home is so perfectly situated on the water we didn’t want to leave. We traveled with our infant son and our parents too so everyone of every age had a terrific time. Extra points because the house is so well stocked and appointed. Vacation perfection. Thank you!

Beautiful Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is lovely and the layout was perfect for us and our adult children. Very open and spacious. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool watching boats cruise by. The tiki hut was a perfect addition to the tropical atmosphere. We found everything we needed and the house was very well stocked. The owner and property manager were very responsive to any questions we had. The location was easy to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again in the future and look forward to doing so!

The waterway is so very entertaining - The 130 ft Yachts ...and larger ...are eye popping! I forgot to mention that Florida's Manatee season started November 15 and runs through to March 31; they swim by periodically! So much to see on the waterway especially being across from the Conservation Island. We always enjoy watching the Osprey, heron, egrets, paddle-boarders :). Thanksgiving Holiday 2024

My family and I escaped the North East cold and spent our 2024 Thanksgiving Holiday at this lovely home. The house was well stocked with all the necessary cooking accessories for a wonderful in-home Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the island outback daily. Our teenagers enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming in the heated pool. We all enjoyed several kayaking adventures around the island and through the beautiful canals of Royal Palm. We loved staying in this beautiful home.

Amazing property and location on a quiet street

We spend 1.5 weeks and had a wonderful time. The house is clean - no carpets - and has all the amenities you required to have a great stay. Backyard is quiet and fully equiped with pool, patio furniture, BBQ, Kayaks.. The beach is a few minutes away with plenty of parking. The owners are quite helpful in providing information on nearby activities and restaurants. Any questions on their property are promptly answered within a few minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and will gladly return. Thank you.

PURE PARADISE!!!!

This home was absolutely perfect. The view was absolutely beautiful. The home was spotless and there was NOT ONE thing that was missing. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were there for 2 months and made friends with the neighbors, had family over for dinners, played pool with family members and just had so many great moments. Thanks to Eric and Denise for all you did for us, it will not be forgotten. We will be back next year.

Paradise On The Lagoon

This home is not only perfect for you, it is also perfect for entertaining. Clean, spacious, lots of things to do. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the things seem hardly ever used. The owners were gracious and informative. The beds were so comfortable we slept better than we do at home. Everything you want to do is 5 minutes away. It is a gem. We had tears in our eyes the day we had to leave.
