Sandpiper Beach House with its spacious open plan and loft, has 2 patios positioned so that sun, shade and wind-shelter are easily found. As part of an exclusive gated community in the center of rolling vineyards directly on Osoyoos Lake, enjoy the private sandy beach with volleyball nets, tether ball and beach fire pits and an optional private boat slip. The amenities also include 2 pools (open from May 1 to October 1), 2 hot tubs (one open year-round), and a fitness center.

In winter, relax in front of your elegant gas fireplace. Exercise in the well-equipped fitness room or by walking along the foreshore. Refresh in the year-round hot tub at the end of your day. The milder winter provides a golf season at several top courses that starts earlier and lasts later than others in Canada. When you hanker for classic winter, Mount Baldy is 45 minutes away, offering snow-shoeing, cross-country and downhill skiing.

Beach chairs and beach umbrellas are supplied.
