Penthouse: La Casa Blanca de Grecia, 3 beds 2 baths

You are inquiring about the top unit of our rental home in gorgeous Grecia, Costa Rica on the mountain ridge called El Cajon. You will rent the entire top unit which includes three large bedrooms, a kitchen / family room with wide open windows, a full sitting room with wonderful views, and a huge balcony that gives panoramic views overlooking the central valley from the entire top floor. There are two bathrooms in this unit, and all cooking utensils / silverware are provided for your convenience. There is a full oven, stovetop, microwave oven, and full sized stainless steel refrigerator in the unit. Available for short or long term rental. About 1200 square feet of space. Please note that you DO need to climb a flight of steps to get to this unit.

This unit does NOT include a TV set, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Enjoy amazing views overlooking the central valley. See San Jose on a clear day! You can also see some of the mountains nearby.

What makes this property unique

Our property is located about a 2 minute walk from a bus stop to go into central Grecia. Grecia for convenient shopping and good restaurants. There is a wonderful farmer's market (feria) on Fridays and Saturdays in the center of town.
