This beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Beach Getaway has amazing views of the Gulf. It has a balcony that extends across the gulf side of the condo and can be accessed from both the Master Suite as well as the Living Room. The Master Suite has a king bed and a master bath with double sinks. This beautiful condo also has a second bedroom with a queen size bed. This condo has flat screen TVs in Living room and both bedrooms. This condo also has a full pull out couch. Plenty of space for adults and children. This condo has a dishwasher and washer and dryer. It is located on the 7th floor which is perfect for peace and quite and high enough for the best views on the beach. Cleanliness is my top priority for my guests. I assure you that you will arrive to a comfortable and clean beach getaway.

Seychelles is located on the quite end of the beach near St. Andrews State Park and right beside the famous Schooners Restaurant. You can enjoy the dolphins while drinking your morning coffee and watch the fishing boats come in while enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

The condo was very clean and the instructions given by the owners were very clear. The location of their condo was perfectly in the middle of the building and the elevators were always available. The view was amazing and they have a nice deck overlooking the pool and ocean. Would def go here again!

We had a great experience with the owner. She was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The only issue we had was that I didn’t realize the 2nd bedroom was so small and it doesn’t have a closet or any kind of dresser to store your close. Also, I am use to travel size shampoo, soap, dish soap and at least one load of washing detergent being supplied but they weren’t. Luckily I had brought my own but my husband forgot to.

A dream stay!

So very pleased with this unit! We walked in to a clean condo that I didn’t have to go through and re-clean. We are frequent PCB visitors and I can confidently say this is the nicest and cleanest stay yet. Highly considering rebooking for next years stay already! Excellent condo

The condo was clean, comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The owner was always attentive and quick to reply to any questions. We love this location on the quieter end of PCB and next door to Schooners which was convenient. There are beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent in front of the condo (around $40 a day) or bring your own. We would definitely rent from this owner/condo again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property, which offered a clean and functional environment. The location was ideal and the Gulf views were truly breathtaking. The on-site pools were an added bonus for our children, who made new friends and had an unforgettable time throughout the week. Our host was top tier! Only one parking pass !! No bathroom hand soap, no coffee filters Window in the bunk/bedroom needs a curtain. blinds did not keep light out. also. a vacuum where you get the sand off the floor. Unit is very clean , located by elevator. which was nice.. We will not be back. because of the parking. We were not comfortable parking in a over nite public parking . I have family in PCb. and we parked the extra car there.

Great vacation condo

We had an amazing stay at this Seychelles condo. The views of the Gulf were amazing and it was great to sit on the balcony to enjoy it every day. The condo is very clean and decorated nicely and has everything you need to have a great vacation. If you are staying longer than a few days make sure to bring or buy extra garbage bags and toilet paper but that is normal for almost all condo rentals. Also bring your beach chairs and umbrella as the rental is around $40 a day in front of the condo. Lots of great restaurants nearby especially Schooners next door. Check in and out we’re very easy and communications with the owner we’re quick and thorough. I highly recommend if you are looking in the area.

The condo was nice, a little smaller than I expected. Be aware that you only get one parking pass when staying here. Dana was very helpful and refunded the $140 dollars it cost for parking on an additional lot. We did receive bracelets for access to the pools, although their was other amenities we did not receive because of this being a private rental.

The condo was just as described, very nice! Could have used more blankets and we did leave some pool noodles for the next guest as nothing was included for us to use at the beach. It wasn’t mentioned that they would be included but might be nice for others to have. Not sure I liked that area of PCB. There was an odd smell a couple nights. Possibly from a nearby paper mill? It smelled like old garbage. Beach was beautiful. Condo very clean and the communication with Dana was excellent. Comfy beds and great balcony space.

Property was a nice experience. Only thing I'd recommend is adding an area to grill and adding a ramp access to the beach for wagons, etc. One of my favorite things to do on the beach is grill food and packing a loaded wagon up a big flight of stairs by yourself is not fun. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was very clean and beautiful. Loved that it actually had a pantry for storage. Master bath is spacious and lots of storage there, too. Second bedroom is very small but it’s just fine for kids and teens. Owner is friendly and always responded to messages quickly. Will definitely book this condo again!
