2 Bd/2 Ba On the Beach Getaway With Gorgeous Gulf Views, Near Pier Park

Enjoy unobstructed Gulf views from either inside or outside on the balcony of this Panama City Beach getaway.

Also - a complimentary pair of beach chairs are reserved for your use! (March 15 - October 15).

You will love our new kitchen with a spacious layout. Unlike other units in Aquavista, our renovated layout blends the hallway with the kitchen, which opens up the sight lines to the gulf further into the unit. Our kitchen has new cabinets, appliances, and granite countertops. We recently completed a full renovation of our master bathroom and guest bathroom.

Fully furnished two bed, two bath unit, sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat-panel TV with HDTV cable, a large bathroom with two vanities, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and a flat-panel TV with HDTV cable. The living room and dining room each seat six, and there is a pull-out sofa and a comfortable recliner. The living room features a 65" flat-panel TV with HDTV cable. Complimentary wireless 200 Mbps Internet access from Comcast is provided within the unit.

Our unit is on the seventh floor of an eight-story complex. Our beaches are less crowded because this is a lower density complex.

The condo complex features a seasonally heated swimming pool and a hot tub. Covered parking is conveniently provided on the first floor of the complex.

Our location is about one mile west of Pier Park and is conveniently across the street from a grocery store and a pharmacy. The brand new McGuire's Irish Pub is just an eight-minute walk.

As of 2024, Aquavista is a non-smoking condominium. Smoking is not allowed in the units, on the balconies, or in the common areas. There is a designated smoking area in the parking deck.

Peaceful slice of Heaven

We stayed 7 nights at the beginning of August 2025. The check in process was smooth, everything worked effortlessly. Parking was easy and convenient. All appliances worked so we were able to cook there. Absolutely gorgeous place with beautiful views. The owners were quick to respond and made sure to give answers to any questions we MAY have BEFORE hand so we knew what to expect. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend for anyone else traveling to Panama city beach Florida

Will Definitely Be Back

We only had a couple of days to stay but will most definitely be coming back for a longer stay! The condo was exactly as shown in pictures. It was perfect for my family of 4 and the beach area was so nice. The complimentary chairs down on the beach were icing on the cake. The host was very nice and gave simple but detailed instructions. Best condo experience we’ve had thus far!

Good 2 week stay

Property has been remodeled. King size bed in master is good but our friends that stayed in the 2nd bedroom said bed was very soft. Loved the view from the 7th floor. Pool was very nice once it opened after remodeling. Owner very quick to respond. Living room furniture was also very soft and hard to sit on after a while. Overall very nice stay.

I got this condo very last minute. The owners were great to respond quickly. After we got there we had a few issues. I called the owners and they called me back within the hour. The owners have recently bought it I believe after this fall they will have it looking and functioning GREAT!!!

Thanks for your feedback! We are working continually to improve our unit. We discovered that the previous guests had broken the glass pot of the coffee maker and had thrown the shards of glass into the disposal, which caused the issue you mentioned. We have replaced both the coffee maker and the disposal. We have also put up black-out curtains to reduce the light into the bedroom as you requested.

The room is very nice but was not towed beforehand that the pool would be out of commission which is very disappointing when you are making a trip to Florida and have kids. The room is very nice and clean but overall the pool being down was a huge disappointment

condo was under major construction owner acted like just the pool would be closed. arrived half the parking deck closed cherry pickers everywhere. owner acted like he just found out but they informed owners in January . no refund !!!

We are excited to see the renovations completed at the end of 2022. We are sorry that the pool was closed during your stay. But we did notify you as soon as we found out, several weeks before your arrival, and you said that you still looked forward to your stay and did not request a refund. We also notified you in advance that they were painting the sides of the building, and that the construction would impact parking availability. The owners were not informed in January, and we were as upset at the unplanned August pool closure as you were. We look forward to your return visit in 2023 when this project is completed!

Under Construction

The week prior to our arrival we received an email that stated there was minor construction in the parking garage. We alomg with several other vacationers park across the street and risked getting our vehicles towed. Upon our arrival, the entire condo was under construction from front to back and side to side. There was plastic wrapped all over the railings and wet paint everywhere. The elevators were not working well and people were stuck inside more than once. Our condo was nice, the construction noise and constant drilling was unbearable. I wish we had known more about the intense construction prior to our stay and would have went elsewhere. I communicated that with the owner who's only response was sorry you can leave early. I communicated with the condo property manager about the elevator after following the emergency response team in who told me the Elevator wasn't broke.. I lead the ERT in myself and yes it was broke, people were stuck inside! Overall the beach was great but this condo was not on the top of my list of stays! Very unhappy about spending so much of our money on a condo that was a complete mess!

We were unaware of the specific type of construction going on that week, but we did inform you of the construction in the deck. When you contacted us about the noise, we offered to refund the rest of your stay, but you declined. We tried our best to respond to your concerns promptly, and I am sorry that the noise was bothersome. We hope that you will consider returning to see the progress of the renovations.

A lot of construction going on. A lot of parking was not available due to the construction. My truck got covered in cement dust. Only one elevator was operational. But other than that we had a very good time

Great Condo!

This condo is a great place to stay. Just far enough from the busyness of Pier Park, but close enough to easily get there and enjoy. It is about a 20 min walk down the beach, or a 3 min car ride. The condo is renovated so it looks great! It has all the ammenities of home. Just bring your luggage and enjoy your stay!
