With two guest villas and two casitas, this estate accommodates up to 14 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking an unforgettable retreat. Step outside to beautifully landscaped grounds, where the sparkling saltwater pool and spa invite you to take a refreshing dip or relax in the warm bubbles. Lounge chairs surround the pool, offering the perfect spot to soak up the sun or unwind in the shade.

For those who love outdoor activities, this property offers endless entertainment:
★ Bocce ball court & horseshoe pit for friendly competition
★ Putting green for golf lovers
★ Cornhole & ping-pong for family fun
★ Fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars

Inside, the estate is designed for both comfort and elegance. The Guest Villas feature:
★ Guest Villa #1 (left): 1 king bedroom, 1 King sofa sleeper, fireplace, full kitchen (no dishwasher), and a full bath with a soaking tub.
★ Guest Villa #2 (right): 1 king bedroom, 2 queen sofa sleepers, full kitchen, and a full bath.
★ Casita #1 & Casita #2: Each with 1 queen bed.

The interiors are thoughtfully decorated, and plush beds with premium linens ensure restful nights. The fully equipped kitchens provide everything you need to prepare meals, or you can elevate your stay with a private chef or catering service (available for booking after reservation—details provided in the welcome guide).

Nestled in a serene, picturesque setting, this estate is a peaceful retreat from everyday life. Whether you’re enjoying the poolside ambiance, engaging in outdoor activities, or unwinding in your private villa, there’s something here for everyone.

📌 Important Notes:
★ The estate is rented exclusively to one party at a time—no shared spaces with other guests.
★ Daily housekeeping is NOT included in the rental rate but can be arranged upon request.
★ Pool heating is NOT included in the rental rate. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please contact us in advance. Heating fees vary by season and require two days to reach 90°F.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are required to sign our rental agreement.
A security deposit is required prior ranging from $500 up to $5,000 depending on the property you have booked.

The space at this house is absolutely wonderful. We had the best time just relaxing and hanging out by the pool. The weather was absolutely wonderful - we were visiting from the Midwest. Michelle was extremely fast with communication and made sure we had all the details we needed prior to our arrival so we were able to relax from the moment we got there.

Beautiful Retreat

We were visiting Santa Barbara to attend a funeral, along with my siblings and their grown children. There was plenty of space to spread around, and the main casita was home base for the evening and breakfast. The outdoor amenities were a huge plus, and it felt like a private oasis. The owner lives nearby and was attentive to any needs and requests.

Great Place!

Great place to stay for a large group. The owner was great and personable. Michelle was very responsive to questions. The only thing I think would improve the stay is getting the area sprayed for bugs. The Casitas next to the pool had some bugs that got in.

The communal setting, well kept grounds, beautiful views, pool and spa were excellent amenities for our water friendly family. Perfect for Large Families

Beautiful property with plenty of room for my family, my brother’s family and his extended family. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub plus amble chairs for outdoor lounging. Well equipped for cooking as well rec activities—the ping pong table was pretty much in continuous use.

Great house for Mom's trip!

I organized a mom's wine tasting weekend in Santa Barbara and booked this property with Michelle. What a great find! It was quiet yet 10 minutes from Santa Barbara and had PLENTY of space for 14 moms! We really enjoyed our trip and working with Michelle. Would highly recommend this property for other large groups!

Amazing Place in Great Location

We booked the villas for a girls weekend and had an amazing time together. The layout allowed us all to hang out together in one place while still having a nice setup to fit a big group for sleeping arrangements. The property had so many fun and luxurious amenities that we spent a lot of time enjoying together. The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole process very easy to manage. We were also located close enough to drive easily to all the other great spots in town. Would highly recommend, we are excited to find another reason to book this spot again!
