We so enjoyed our stay! The house was so clean and comfortable. The back deck was private and the hot tub in the evening was really fun. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean from the picture windows in the living room! The master bathroom is exquisite and so luxurious! We would absolutely stay here again! The hostess was most helpful and communicated quickly.

House was fantastic. Be advised any properties in Santa Barbara don't have air conditioning including this home. It was extremely hot. I couldn't find the fans and it took a few rounds of messaging at 8:00 p.m. to get help with that. With conditions this hot The host should consider opening the windows prior to arrival. It was oppressive

The view from the living room and front deck was amazing. The back deck is private and lovely. The location couldn't be better and is convenient for everywhere we wanted to walk/drive. The place could use a bit of sprucing up, but the view and location compensate for the somewhat dated decor.

Great Stay, Perfect Location

I have spent a lot of time in Santa Barbara over the years and have always wanted to stay in this neighborhood. Thew location could not be more convenient to downtown, the harbor, beaches, etc. The front patio is great for an afternoon glass of wine and the house has everything you need. All around a great house.

Perfect location

Perfect location for a walk to the beach, to watch the sunrise AND sunset. We used the deck to drink our morning coffee, eat lunch and afternoon snacks. So many wonderful restaurants within a short drive.
