The Primary Suite boasts a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a vintage step-down jacuzzi tub. The private backyard is complete with a hot tub, lounge chairs, and a lush tropical garden. The view from the living room and front deck was amazing. The back deck is private and lovely. The location couldn't be better and is convenient for everywhere we wanted to walk/drive. The place could use a bit of sprucing up, but the view and location compensate for the somewhat dated decor.

Wonderful location across the street from Shoreline Park with views of the Santa Barbara Channel and Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary. The park is lovely, very walkable, with spectacular views of the ocean. The home was very comfortable with a nice kitchen and laundry. It's not a new home, so a bit dated but with a very comfortable living room area and a cool, beachy vibe. Very very satisfied with our stay here. Highly recommended.

Great Stay, Perfect Location

I have spent a lot of time in Santa Barbara over the years and have always wanted to stay in this neighborhood. Thew location could not be more convenient to downtown, the harbor, beaches, etc. The front patio is great for an afternoon glass of wine and the house has everything you need. All around a great house.

Perfect location for a walk to the beach, to watch the sunrise AND sunset. We used the deck to drink our morning coffee, eat lunch and afternoon snacks. So many wonderful restaurants within a short drive.

The views from the living room window of this lovely home are fantastic! The Shoreline Park always had an activity going on that we loved watching! Everything from the mobile library with lots of small children and dogs to a tai chi class! Loved this location

Lovely beach getaway

This was an amazing location for our vacation. The awesome views of the ocean and all the cozy places to relax were perfect. Close access to the beaches were great for morning walks. Kitchen well equipped, super comfy beds, and great linens. Will definitely come back
