St Pete Beach Gem

Our stay at The Caprice #107 was fantastic! The location of the unit in relation to the beach was perfect - the view is stunning. The condo is furnished with all you need for a great getaway - I highly recommend it.

We loved being right on the beach. The area felt very safe. And I could see the family from the room if someone wanted to go back and some wanted to stay. The area is perfect for everything you need!

We could not be more happy! Leanne called prior to check-in to ensure we had after hours access if we were running late. She was absolutely amazing, super sweet and went out of her way to make sure we had all we needed and knew who to contact if we needed anything else. She was more than a host, she was an instant friend! We enjoyed her and the property so much, we will definitely be back for many years to come! SPB is my home away from home, and I'm in love with Caprice!

We had a great time. The unit was very nice and clean. We had a little problem when the hot water heater leaked and water was everywhere, but staff was quick to come up with towels to help clean up the mess. They got the water heater replaced the next day and we were comped one nights stay for the inconvenience which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely consider coming back in the future.

We had a great experience! The property was clean and was accurate to the photos on line. The view from our deck was spectacular and we loved being right on the beach! We enjoyed exploring lots of restaurants and street markets. Grocery and liquor were close by, and the local comedy club was a fun night out. We would definitely return.

Moms that ran away

Ever want to run away? We did! 3 mamas ran away for the wknd, and this place was PERFECT. We had plenty of room, on the beach, relaxing pool, clean, low key, EXCELLENT staff (leeann and jon if my memory is correct? We will seriously be back, large in part bc of them! ). A few minor things (could use a little paint, new furniture, etc.) But for a rental? It works!!! Thanks for letting us make memories in your unit while we ran away from our responsibilities and we were able to relax! Beach, books, booze, rinse, repeat!
