These breath taking views span from Avalon to Atlantic City from almost 1000 sq ft of decks & covered porches. Four bedrooms plus a loft, 3.5 baths plus an outside shower provide plenty of living space with a kitchen, dining room, and a great room spread out over 3 floors offering 3 levels of expansive decks overlooking the sand and sea. There is 1 King plus bathroom in the master suite, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a pull-out sofa bed on the 3rd floor loft, allowing sleeping for 12 people. Additional features are a 2 car length garage plus 2 car parking pad and a large outdoor cedar shower. We are Philadelphia natives who relocated to the New York City area, and this home keeps us connected to our Philly roots. We stay connected to our family and friends through our many visits to Sea Isle.

We identified this property as our dream vacation home and we spent 7 years pursuing that dream. We finally realized that dream in 2014 and we are eager to share the unique experience this property offers with you.
What makes this property unique
The biggest benefit this house has to offer are the expansive wraparound decks that offer unparalleled views of the ocean from Avalon to Atlantic City. It is truly the best view on the island. The rooms throughout the house are also very spacious which allows for a casual and social setting we were looking for.
